These terms govern your use of logicroutepoint.digital and engagements with Logicroutepoint Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Service descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A project begins only after we confirm scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees in writing (email or proposal). We do not process payments through this website.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate brand assets, product information, legal offer copy, and approvals required for POS materials. You confirm that content you provide does not infringe third-party rights and complies with Thai advertising and consumer rules applicable to your category.

Intellectual property

Until full payment of agreed fees, we retain ownership of concepts and working files. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use final approved artwork for the agreed trade channels and territories. We may show anonymised or credited work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.

Revisions and timelines

Revision rounds and delivery dates are defined in the project proposal. Additional rounds or material changes may be quoted separately. Delays in client feedback may shift delivery dates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for print-house errors when artwork was approved and supplied to specification, nor for store-level installation outside our engagement.

Content on this site is for general information. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
