An in-store activation kit is only finished when a store supervisor can build it from a one-page guide. We treat that guide as a deliverable, not an afterthought.

Photos of the assembled kit in a real aisle — or a close mock-up — reduce support calls during launch week. We include those references in every activation package.

If materials arrive in phases, the artwork pack lists which graphic belongs to which crate. That detail alone has saved more launches than any last-minute colour tweak.
